Shipping

At Boheme by Vero, each piece is carefully handcrafted and prepared to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully packaged.


• Singapore: Orders are delivered within 48 hours on working days.
• International Orders: We ship worldwide within five (5) working days from the confirmation of your order.

We offer free shipping on all orders within Singapore for orders above SGD$150 and internationally above SGD$350. For orders below that, there’s an additional SGD$15 for local shipping and SGD$40 (international) for shipping.
  Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to ship to Russia. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be requested by the local authorities upon delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges

As an independent designer-led jewellery brand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if there is an issue with your order, you may contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your item.

To request a review:
1. Please email our team with your order number.
2. Include clear photographs of the item and the reason for your request.
3. Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.

All return or exchange requests are reviewed at the sole discretion of the Boheme by Vero team.

If a return is approved, the item must be:
• Unworn
• In its original packaging
• Returned in the same condition as received.

Return shipping costs will normally be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review the situation quickly.

Once confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate solution.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

While we will always assist in tracking and investigating any delivery issue, Boheme by Vero cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Discounted items
• Sample pieces
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Limited edition
