When purchasing from Bohème by Véro, you agree to our returns policy below. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
We run our online store and offline boutiques as separate entities — returns or exchanges cannot be processed across the two.
Returns are accepted only for faulty items and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Approved returns are eligible for an exchange of the same item or an online credit (valid for 3 months, single use only).
No cash refunds.
Sale items are final — no returns or exchanges.

A photo of the item
Your invoice or receipt
Wait for return authorization before sending your item back.
Once approved, we’ll send instructions for returning the product.
Do not send returns without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
All shipping and duty fees (both directions) are the responsibility of the customer, except for faulty items.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Allow 5–7 working days after receipt for quality checks and processing.
Our pieces are handmade; slight variations in size, style, or color are part of their uniqueness. Measurement guides provided online are for reference only.
